At Geometric Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in original packaging. Please note that skated decks, assembled completes, or worn items cannot be returned due to safety and performance standards.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included; then, print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point within 7 days of receiving your return label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
